Primary Irritation Evaluation Program Study.

Abstract

Quinoline, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-methyl-1-(2-methyl-1-oxo-1-propenyl)-, (E)-(AI3-36168-Ga) and Morpholine, 4-pentanoyl (AIC-35667aGa), which are insect repellents were evaluated on New Zealand White rabbits for their potential to cause skin and eye irritation. The data obtained serve as a basis for making a recommendation concerning their potential use on humans. This recommendation is intended only for guidance in further entomological testing of this compound.
