Method for Resource Allocation for Research and Development Work,
Abstract
A method for resource allocation for research work by using mathematical processes is presented. The time which is required for carrying out work, the economic effect, the amount of work done in a certain period, etc. are set down in mathematical form for computation. However, this is only one method for solving a very complex question.
