Revision of RADC Nonelectronic Reliability Notebook: Index and Revision to Section 2.
Abstract
This report consists of a complete revision to Section 2, Part Failure Date, of the RADC Nonelectronic Reliability Notebook, RADC-TR-69-458. Failure rate data are given for approximately 300 types of components/parts. The failure rates are expressed in terms of failures per million hours and are listed by environmental application.
