Continued Studies of Coastal Convective Storms Utilizing Doppler Radar.

Abstract

Doppler radar measurements were made in coastal convective storms occurring along the east coast of Georgia. Both horizontal and vertical scanning methods were used in observing these storms. One of the cases treated is an excellent example of the blocking action of a storm to the environmental flow.
