Social Sources of Scientific Staff Renovation,
Abstract
A study was carried out regarding the scientific staff in the Leningrad area. Under the Soviet system, education has been extended to all classes and now the results of this are manifest in the number of scientific workers of working-class and peasant origin. Postgraduate courses are rapidly becoming the main source for the recruitment of scientific personnel.
