Abstract
The purpose of this three-volume report is to generate medium and long-range solutions to the problem of overloading data processing installations that are providing services to the installation staffs and other supported activities. Volume 1 defines the data required to support analysis, simulation, and configuration design. It provides for the organization, tools, schedule, and procedures necessary to collect, correlate, analyze and use the required data.
