Social Welfare Needs and Services in the Military.

Abstract

The dissertation considers the social welfare needs and services in the U.S. military establishment. It seeks to define and identify the needs of personnel, to describe and examine ways of meeting these needs, and to offer some constructive suggestions for improvement.
