Ground Anchor Test Plan Project CEFAR YONDER.
Abstract
This report contains the detailed test plan and procedures to implement the Ground Anchor Test and Evaluation Program Plan - Project CEFAR YONDER, at the CKAFS test site, as contained in RCA/TELTA TR 71-007, dated 28 May 1971. The procedures are applicable to off-site testing as well, and specific data for off-site testing will be added by amendments when this phase of testing is firmed up and details are known.
