Prostaglandin Derivative (PGBx).
Abstract
The report presents the experimental results of the mechanism of action of prostaglandin derivative on the brain. The site of action is also studied. Electrodes were implanted in the skull of rabbits. After administering the prostaglandin derivative, variance changed only at the level of the cortex. This would indicate that prostaglandin derivative exerted its effect by a direct action at cortical level.
