Continum Absorption by H2O Between 330 and 825/cm.

Abstract

The continuum absorption by H2O in several narrow spectral intervals between 330 and 825/cm has been studied experimentally. Emphasis has been placed on intervals where most of the absorption results from lines centered more than 1/cm and pressures of pure H2O + N2 mixtures at room temperature. Results are compared with theoretical results and with those reported previously in the same spectral intervals for samples at higher temperatures.
