Abstract

The report describes a computer-based model designed to provide personnel planners with broadly based aggregated data and detailed officer inventories as well as flows reflecting the effects of policies and conditions under investigation. The purpose is to assist the Air Force in achieving stable accession and training rates, smooth career progression, and control of officer inventory by year group.
