Points of Contact - Scientific and Technical Information.

Abstract

The directory identifies organization points of contact that are initial points of contact for research and development information, restricted almost entirely to US Government agencies, with emphasis on the Department of the Army. It consists of three parts: (1) Organizational points of contact, within departments, agencies and commands; (2) subject/title index listing alphabetically subject key words, titles and their entry number; (3) glossary of acronyms.
