EBSPE - A FORTRAN Computer Program for Conducting an Empirical Bayes Posterior Performance Evaluation of Any Single-Sampling by Attributes Sampling Plan.
Abstract
A FORTRAN 4 software computer program is described and documented for use in conducting an Empirical Bayes posterior performance evaluation of any specified single-sampling by attributes sampling plan. Three different OC curves as well as two other performance indicators are computed. In addition to documentation regarding card and deck setup, sample input and output is given for five sample problems which together illustrate many of the features of the program.
