Kinetic Inductance in Thin Films of Amorphous Superconductors.

Abstract

Two major problems were studied experimentally during the course of these grants: (1) the behavior of the kinetic inductance in thin superconducting films, and (2) the influence of an adsorbed noble gas layer on the transition temperature of a superconducting Sn, Tl, Al and Bi thin film.
