Prediction of Success and Completion Time under Self-Paced Instruction.
Abstract
The report presents a method of predicting course success and completion time. Regression analysis was used to predict a grade/hour ratio and a graph was then constructed, to give the possible combinations of grades and hours for certain ratio values. Use of the method presented in this report is intended as an instructor's aid to identify which students need the most help and which students need the least help.
