Evaluation of the Elimination of the WAF Headquarters Squadron.

Abstract

Historically, the administrative structure for the management of enlisted women in the Air Force has been the WAF Squadron Section at the base level. However, it is Air Force policy that this dual system of management can no longer be perpetuated under the total force concept. The objective of this report is to evaluate the effectiveness of single organizational management of female enlisted personnel.
