Applications of Information and System Theory to Air Force Problems in Communications and Data Handling.
Abstract
This report summarizes the results of research performed under grant for the period 1 September 1973 through 31 August 1974. The research was concerned with problems in communications theory and information theory and their applications. Specific problems considered were the reduction of data for multiple correlated sources and applications of detection, estimation and information theoretic techniques to Air Force problems in automated technical control for digital communication links.
