Aerosol-Ionization Method of Checking Microimpurities in Gases,

Abstract

The report discusses the aerosol-ionization method of gas analysis. The essence of the aerosol-ionization method consists of the selective conversion of the monitored component of the gaseous mixture to an aerosol and the detection of aerosol particles in the ionization chamber with the ionization source. Ionization and ionic current are discussed.
