NMRI Hyperbaric Research Animal Facility.
Abstract
A hyperbaric animal research facility designed to provide maximum safe utilization of three hyperbaric chambers operating separately or simultaneously with a minimum of personnel is described. Each chamber has a volume of 170 liters, will operate under pressure conditions from ambient to 1,000 psig, and will withstand temperatures to 121C. Specifications for the components of the complex are provided, including a diagram and illustrations.
