A Quantitative Gas Calibration Technique for Mass Spectrometry.

Abstract

A simple, direct quantitative gas calibration technique for mass spectrometry is described. This technique might be useful, in general, for mass spectrometers that do not incorporate a conventional calibrated gas inlet. Application for polymer chemistry and graphite offgassing is demonstrated.
