An Analysis of the Dependence of 'Photovolt' Type High Voltage Matrix Photoelectric Generators on Radiation Intensity and Temperature,

Abstract

The paper examines and interprets the dependence of the instrument's electrical characteristics on radiation intensity, which is somewhat different from similar dependences in conventional photoelectric generators. The temperature dependences of electrical characteristics in conventional photoelectric generators and those of the 'Photovolt' type are found to be identical.
