Work and Nonwork: A Review of Theory and Empirical Research.

Abstract

Theoretical and empirical literature dealing with various aspects of the relationship between work and nonwork are reviewed. An assessment is made of where we stand in our accumulated theoretical and empirical knowledge. Suggestions for directions of future research are given.
