Vortex Wake Behind a Helicopter,

Abstract

Research into the vortex wake behind a helicopter was recently carried out. It was found that vortex cords and cores created behind a helicopter are complex structures and are quite stable. The phenomenon of secondary vortex generation was studied on a model with various numbers of blades.
