Abstract
The report presents the Defense Program and Budget for FY 1976 and for the three months thereafter, ending September 30, 1976. In compliance with the 1974 Budget and Impoundment Control Act, it provides the Department's request for legislative authorization through FY 1977. It also gives for the first time a five-year projection of future Defense budgets in total obligational authority.
