Radiation Scattering by Atmospheric Aerosols,

Abstract

The authors study atmospheric aerosols by the back scattering method and show that they can be studied without a knowledge of their distribution on the basis of spectral observations. The authors propose the use of satellites for observation of the back-scattered solar radiation.
