Research on Semiconductor Physics in the Electrophysical Dept (25th Anniversary of the Founding of V. I. Lenin Kishinev State University),
Abstract
Research on production and various characteristics of crystals, thin layers and heterojunctions, as well as the effect of various impurities on these characteristics, principally of CdSe, ZnSe, CdTe and ZnTe semiconductors and ZnTe-CdTe and ZnSe-CdSe systems is reported. Investigation of the phenomena of electroluminescence and its mechanisms of action also is reported. A bibliography is presented of 100 works published by the members of the department.
