Predictors of Race Discrimination in the Navy.

Abstract

The present report explores the nature and sources of race discrimination in the Navy. The results indicate that the predictors of personally felt discrimination are not necessarily the same as those of discrimination against a collective. Recommendations regarding appropriate research methodologies for the study of discrimination (self-reports of) are offered.
