Closed Loop Real-Time Evaluation of Missile Guidance and Control Components: Simulator Hardware/Software Characteristics and Use
Abstract
Descriptions of the simulation facility hardware components, their performance characteristics and methods of utilization are scattered in a diversity of reference and instruction manuals which do not lend themselves to yielding a rapid overall grasp of the capability and operation of the facility. The intent of the report is to remedy this situation by providing a summary of the list of components which comprise the facility, a brief description of their characteristics and methods of use and any other salient points of particular interest to the potential user. It should be noted that the hybrid computer software components are considered essential parts of the simulation facility.
