The Analysis of the Discrete Units of a Flight Tracking Goniometer with Antenna Phase Array,

Abstract

The block-diagram of a flight tracking goniometer with antenna phase array is given and the fundamental relationships for selecting the word format and the speed of the phase computer were obtained. Equipment expenditures during the use of two types of logics of the semiconductor integrated circuits were determined: resistor-transistor and transistor-transistor.
