Annual Report of the Secretary of Defense on Reserve Forces.

Abstract

The Report contains an account of the status of training and readiness, and the progress which has been made in strengthening the Reserve Components. The report also includes statements of the policies and procedures which are prescribed by the Secretary of Defense to achieve fair treatment as among members in the Ready Reserve who are subject to recall to active duty without their consent.
