Some Digital Signal Processing Activities at M.I.T.
Abstract
This paper reviews digital signal processing activities at the Research Laboratory of Electronics, M.I.T. Among the projects are: Analysis and development of digital filter structures with low sensitivity to finite register effects; discrete representation of continuous-time signals; application of digital signal processing techniques to speech processing; multidimensional digital signal processing; and the digital reconstruction of multidimensional signals from their projections. Computer facilities are described briefly.
