Engineering of Quality Software Systems (Software Reliability Modeling and Measurement Techniques).
Abstract
The results of a three-month investigation of software reliability modeling and measurement are reported herein. General discussions of software reliability and error and reliability estimation lead to a detailed description of six models and techniques. Also included are examples of the application of three of the models. Recommendations for workin FY74 conclude the report.
