The Soviet 9-MM Stechkin Machine Pistol.

Abstract

The 9-mm Soviet Stechkin is a selective-fire pistol with a holster that can be attached to the pistol's grip for added accuracy in fire. The Stechkin is simple to operate and disassemble-reassemble. The functioning is conventional except for the unusual rate reducer. Maintenance is similar to that required for the US service pistol. The 9x18-mm ammunition used is produced in two different designs.
