Thermoelectric Properties of Ceramic Refactory Semiconductors,

Abstract

The effect of thermal variation on the electrical properties of heat-resistant semiconductors is discussed. The relations of the properties and electron structure of heat-resistant semiconductors are studied. The whole is illustrated by tables and figures.
