Some Electrical and Photoelectrical Properties of CdSnP2 Single Crystals,

Abstract

Results of investigations of several electrical and photoelectrical properties of single crystals of CdSnP2 are presented. These include the temperature-dependence of Hall mobility, the electroconductivity, and the thermal stimulated conductivity. Also included are the temperature variations of the dark conductivity, light conductivity and photoconductivity relaxation time for crystals alloyed with copper.
