Abstract

Protection instructions covering techniques applicable to the protection of tactical ground facilities from the effects of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) resulting from a nuclear explosion, and from radio frequency interference (RFI) generated by plant equipment or by external sources are presented. The protection instructions are based on the most recent authoritative data on EMP/RFI environment.
