Effect of Chemical Substances on the Formation of Acquired Immunity.
Abstract
An experimental study is presented on the effect of carbamate pesticides, chlorophos and DDT on the dynamics of formation of anti-typhus abdominalis agglutinins on rats and protective properties of rat serum on mice. It is concluded that a comparison of the action of chemical compounds of different classes on immunogenesis is possible only with unified vaccination schemes and evaluation of the adequacy of acquired immunity.
