Improved Machine MGBI-2 for Horizontal Drilling in Rock,

Abstract

The MGBI-2 horizontal drilling machine is the result of modifications of previous machines and has proved reliable and efficient. It consists of a conveyor, a protective housing, a cutting head, traction equipment, etc., and can drill holes in rock up to 40 meters in length. When dismantled, the protective housing remains in the hole for support.
