Observational Studies of the Solar General Circulation.
Abstract
The report investigates aspects of the solar general circulation; namely, the role played by non-symmetric components of motion. Topic areas covered include: Computation and analysis of flow patterns in the solar photosphere; and, Transport of angular momentum toward the equator by solar supergranulation.
