Oxidation of Sulfur and Amine Model Compounds.

Abstract

This study is directed toward evaluating these different ways of activating oxygen to oxidize sulfur and amine simulants for toxic agents at useful rates. Free-radical initiated and photooxidation of dibutyl sulfide (Bu2S) and ethyl diisopropylamine (i-Pr2NEt) were studied.
