ELF Interference Fields Due to a Finite Line Antenna.

Abstract

The theories for predicting the electric field due to an ELF finite line antenna source are reviewed. These theories are based on a uniform earth model. They have been put into computer program form and used to calculate the electric field strength for several different ELF sources. The program is developed with the objective of being used in the design of interference mitigation for large-scale utility systems.
