Intervisibility Beacon System. Phase I.
Abstract
The report describes the design, construction and testing of a pulsed-flashlamp, intervisibility system. The work was the first stage of an intervisibility system development program that was intended to determine and demonstrate the feasibility of using pulsed flashlamps in this application.
