System Safety Study of an Ammunition Washout Facility.

Abstract

The purpose of the report is to examine an ammunition washout facility with respect to safety. This is accomplished through the use of the system safety technique. Tools used in the paper include a Preliminary Hazard Analysis, a Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and Fault Tree Analyses.
