Superconducting Compounds of Metals and Their Uses,

Abstract

Semiempirical and empirical relationships between the physicochemical parameters of the class of metal compounds, otherwise referred to as 'intermetallides,' and their superconducting transition temperatures are analyzed. Relationships are sought between degree of metallic bonding in their lattices, crystal structure types, and phase changes -- and their superconducting transition temperatures.
