Fuel Cell Stacks

Abstract

Processes for the manufacture of phosphoric acid fuel cell components are described. Electrodes, matrices and bipolar gas distribution plates for use in fuel cells with an active area of approximately 0.4 sq. ft. is fabricated. Samples from these components have been tested in fuel cells and all items have demonstrated life in excess of 1000 hours. Performance data is given.
