People Management. Final Report of the People Management Committee

Abstract

The People Management Committee was established by the ADCSPER as an ad hoc committee to determine better methods of managing enlisted people from the HQDA level. This report contains a written description of the DCSPER family systems that impact directly on the management of enlisted personnel. The report also contains detailed descriptions of the problems the committee uncovered in the management of enlisted personnel and recommended solutions to those problems.
