Abstract
The BALFRAM Program Maintenance Manual provides the maintenance programmer personnel with the information necessary to maintain the BALFRAM program system effectively. BALFRAM provides the framework within which problems of force requirements and capabilities can be analyzed. The software system furnishes a technique for modeling the engagement of opposing military forces and estimating the expected value outcome of such engagements.
