Is NATO a Viable Concept for the 70's.
Abstract
The study evaluates United States' policy of committing large ground forces in Western Europe in light of both national and international considerations. The validity of a flexible response concept to aggression in Europe is examined in light of the realities of the changing economic and political situation as it exists in Europe today.
