The SALT Agreement - No More War.

Abstract

The study examines the SALT Agreement and its destablizing influence in the balance of power between the United States and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. The research and analysis was limited primarily to the SALT I Agreement and its impact on strategic military use by the two superpowers.
