PRIM User's Manual

Abstract

This document is a four-part technical manual to aid the users of the Programming Research Instrument (PRIM), a major time-shared microprogramming facility which permits individual researchers to create specialized computing systems adapted to their needs. The document consists of an overview, a user's guide, and reference manuals for the General Purpose Microprogramming language (GPM) and the MLP-900 microprocessor.
